Definately yes for me! I have a facebook and use it all the time. I think that, like any tool on the internet, it can be used for good or bad purposes, depending on the user. I love to stay connected with my friends in college as well as back home, and facebook it a great tool for it. Facebook groups are also a great way to promote upcoming events on Campus or just find other people who are interested in the same things as you are.
